What we do

01 / OWN & OPERATE

We operate businesses

We hold and operate companies across six verticals — co-packing and manufacturing, wholesale distribution, retail and multi-unit retail, e-commerce marketplaces, and our own CPG brands in beverage and convenience. One management company sits behind all of them.

02 / INVEST

We invest in what we know

Selective angel and early-stage venture investment from our own balance sheet. We look for companies where our core competencies actually move the needle — where we can sharpen the sales engine and tighten the operations behind it, not simply fund the next step.

03 / SCALE

We scale teams & sales

A deep operating background in growing ventures through sales and marketing — email marketing and social media marketing that compound a direct audience, and community activations and samplings that put the product in people’s hands. The same playbook we run across our own brands, pointed at turning a product that works into real volume.

Capabilities

Recruiting & placement

Talent

Executive search, key operating hires, and the teams beneath them — sourcing, screening, and structured onboarding, including contract and international placements. Plus the payroll and HR infrastructure that makes a growing headcount manageable instead of chaotic.

Planning & advisory

Strategy

Industry-specific business planning: market entry, unit economics, org design, and the operating cadence that keeps a plan alive after it's written. Monthly financial statements, consolidated reporting, and a leadership KPI and cash-flow package that actually gets read.

Core values

How we work when no one is watching.

Extreme ownership

Own your results and your team’s. Never pass blame, never point fingers — see things through.

Solutions driven

See opportunities in obstacles. Stay steady under pressure and do what it takes to get to the other side of the problem.

Gritty and humble

Work hard, keep your head down, and never let the ego get too big. The work is the point; the title isn’t.

Growth oriented

We learn and we grow. Seek feedback, and then actually use it — on yourself first.

Run on EOS

Every company in the group runs on the Entrepreneurial Operating System. Six components that drive each other — get them turning together and the business compounds its own momentum.

ONE SYSTEM 01 Vision 02 People 03 Data 04 Issues 05 Process 06 Traction
01Vision

The leadership team is on the same page about where the business is going and how it gets there — written down, not assumed.

02People

The right people in the right seats. Everyone is measured against the core values above and against the role they actually hold.

03Data

A short list of objective numbers, reviewed on a fixed cadence, so problems surface from the scorecard rather than from opinion.

04Issues

Problems get named openly, discussed and solved at the root, so the same issue does not come back next quarter.

05Process

The handful of core processes that run the business are documented and followed by everyone — which is what makes a second location possible.

06Traction

Discipline and accountability: a small number of 90-day priorities, owned by name, with a meeting rhythm that keeps them moving.

Team

The bench that runs it.

Roughly 150 employees plus contractors, across six locations in Florida and North Carolina — led by a small executive team.
